Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to donations made to DARUL ULOOM AZIZIA TRUST (Reg. No. 37/2024) through this website.

1. General Policy on Donations

Donations made to Darul Uloom Azizia Trust are voluntary charitable contributions. As such, donations are generally non-refundable once processed, as funds are often allocated promptly toward ongoing student sponsorships, staff salaries, food, and infrastructure needs.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

We understand that mistakes can happen. A refund may be considered in the following circumstances, at the Trust's discretion:

• Duplicate transaction: if the same donation was accidentally charged more than once due to a technical error.
• Incorrect amount: if a donor entered an amount significantly different from what was intended, due to a genuine input error.
• Failed or incomplete transaction: if payment was deducted from the donor's account but the transaction was not confirmed as successful on our end, in which case we will first attempt to verify and confirm the donation before considering a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Your full name and contact number
• Date and approximate time of the transaction
• Transaction ID / payment reference number (from your bank/payment app, if available)
• Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to the processing timelines of our payment gateway provider and the donor's bank.

5. Zakat, Sadaqah & Fitrah Contributions

Please note that once Zakat, Sadaqah, or Fitrah contributions have been disbursed in accordance with Islamic principles, they generally cannot be refunded, except in the case of a genuine technical or duplicate-payment error as described above.
